  De forme rectangulaire, le dépliant en papier est plié en trois. Il se lit verticalement.
  La couverture présente un fond bleu. En partie supérieure, une photographie couleur représente l'intérieur d'un bureau avec au mur un poster montrant un coeur rouge fendu sur fond bleu. Des inscriptions blanches dont certaines dans un rectangle rouge y sont imprimées. Au dos on retrouve le coeur rouge fendu dans un rectangle bleu sur fond blanc. Le reste de la page présente des inscriptions bleues et rouges et un logo bleu et blanc. A l'intérieur, le texte est en noir sur fond bleu pâle.
