  Il s'agit d'une fiche en papier cartonné, imprimée recto-verso.
  L'ensemble est sur fond orange. Le recto est divisé en deux parties par une bande horizontales rouge portant des inscriptions blanches. La partie haute comprend le titre en blanc et un texte en noir avec sur le dessus deux logos différent. La partie inférieure à un fond jaune avec une carte du monde en orange.
