  De forme rectangulaire, la brochure est en papier glacé, cartonné pour la couverture, plié et imprimé en couleurs. Elle comporte soixante quatre pages imprimées au format portrait. Le tout est relié au moyen de deux agrafes en métal.
  Le recto présente un fond bleu marine. Une image est imprimée au centre. Elle représente un tableau peint figurant des personnages abstraits à dominante de nuances brunes. Il est entouré d'un liseré orange sur ses quatre côtés. Dans l'angle supérieur gauche est imprimé un logo en orange. Une inscription apparaît verticalement le long de la bordure droite, en lettres majuscules orangées. Et une autre inscription figure dans la moitié inférieure, sous l'image centrale, imprimée horizontalement en orange. Au verso, le fond est bleu marine. Seul un rectangle orange apparait dans le bas de la page. Il est surimprimé d'inscriptions en petits caractères bleu marine. A l'intérieur, le fond est blanc pour les textes ou bleu clair pour ceux de la charte. Les inscriptions sont imprimées en bleu foncé. Sur chaque page, le logo vu au recto est répété à chaque angle supérieur externe en bleu.
