  De forme rectangulaire, la brochure est constituée de papier cartonné glaçé pour la couverture, et papier glaçé pour les cinquante pages à l'intérieur. Elle est faite en papier plié, reliée au moyen de deux agrafes en métal et imprimée en couleurs.
  Le recto présente une photographie imprimée en bleu montrant un personnage recroquevillé sur lui-même. Dans la partie inférieure, un bandeau noir est imprimé et des inscriptions blanches sont surimprimées par-dessus. Au verso, les deux tiers supérieurs présentent un fond noir uni, surimprimé d'inscriptions blanches. Un bandeau blanc est imprimé en bordure inférieure.
