The Mucem welcomes middle and high school classes throughout the year to explore the museum, its exhibitions, and its collections through guided tours and workshops; discover the full program designed for middle and high school classes.

Guided and self-guided exhibition tours

Guided tours

For the J4’s temporary and permanent exhibitions in 2025–26, the museum offers 1-hour guided tours every Wednesday and during school breaks.

Free self-guided tours

All exhibitions are open to self-guided tours (booking required). You can also take advantage of the gardens and terrace of J4 for an outdoor visit.

Opening days and times

School groups are welcome every day starting at 9:15 a.m., except on Tuesdays. Time slots from 9:15 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. are reserved exclusively for groups. Off-site workshops are primarily held on Tuesdays.

Reservation

Guided tours, workshops, and self-guided tours are available by reservation only. Reservations must be made at least three weeks in advance.
