In this sensory visit, inspired by object theater and specially adapted for toddlers, we meet a little sheep in search of its bell… With its thousand and one treasures, the “Populaire? Treasures from the collections” is an invitation to awaken their senses and their appetite for discovery. Because there’s no age limit for learning about (and marveling at) the world of museums!

Yoga visit-workshop, for families from 5 years upwards
How about a zen moment at the Mucem? During this hour of yoga, you can take a moment to yourself, let go of tension and explore the museum and its architecture with your body. Nothing but well-being! We advise you to wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Before the tour begins, the museum’s checkroom (-1) is free of charge, where you can leave your non-essential or bulky items. Welcome to the world of Don Quixote, the dreamy, crazy knight! Armed with all his courage, he sets off on an adventure with his faithful Rossinante and his squire Sancho. During this theatrical tour, in conjunction with the exhibition “Don Quixote. Histoire de fou, histoire d’en rire” exhibition, children meet Dulcinea, confront windmills, puppets and other enemies. Get ready for a unique adventure!

Workshop tour for ages 6 to 11
Transmission is a strong component of the work of fashion designer Mossi Traoré. After discovering the exhibition dedicated to him, “Mossi Traoré, la mode ensemble”, children will be able to learn about sewing by manipulating materials and shapes to create a unique collective piece, while discovering urban arts and crafts skills.
