Jill Cousin, a journalist and author specializing in sustainable food, has created a recipe for you to enjoy with your family—no matter your age. Put on your aprons—it’s time to crack some eggs, measure ingredients, mix, chop, and butter the pan!

For this recipe, you won’t need a scale—the measurements are based on a small glass yogurt container, which you can use after you’ve eaten the yogurt inside! The container should be filled to the brim, not heaped.
