One Sunday a month, Mucem offers free, drop-in listening sessions led by psychologists from the "Les Pâtes au Beurre" network, to discuss parenting issues from 11am to 1pm.
For 5 months, maternity, child-parent relationships, mothers and their concerns are at the heart of the “Bonnes Mères” exhibition at Mucem. One Sunday a month between March and July, psychologists welcome you free of charge, anonymously and without appointment, to discuss your parenting concerns in a friendly setting. Workshop tour for ages 6 to 11
Transmission is a strong component of the work of fashion designer Mossi Traoré. After discovering the exhibition dedicated to him, “Mossi Traoré, la mode ensemble”, children will be able to learn about sewing by manipulating materials and shapes to create a unique collective piece, while discovering urban arts and crafts skills. An emotional tour of the relationship between mothers and children. Through works of art and objects from antiquity to the present day, children discover how motherhood has changed over time, and how precious the bond with their mothers is.

Dans cette visite contée et sensorielle, les enfants voyagent à la découverte de la maternité en Méditerranée en découvrant différentes œuvres de l’exposition « Bonnes Mères ».  Abordée à travers la métaphore de l’arbre généalogique, elle leur propose de réfléchir à la question des liens les unissant à leurs mères, mais également à la place de la figure maternelle, à la grossesse, au travail domestique et à la transmission. Le Mucem invite tous les parents ou futurs parents à découvrir l’exposition « Bonnes Mères » en compagnie d’une sage-femme.
Lors de cette visite, elle partage son regard sur certaines œuvres et thématiques de l’exposition, et vous propose un moment d’échange avec elle et les autres participants afin d’explorer ensemble une autre vision de la maternité.
