Motor impairments

To best prepare your visit to the museum, we recommend that you read through the practical information, more specifically the details provided in How to get to the Mucem.

The recommended access point is the J4 entrance. The museum’s information points, all of its exhibition spaces and the auditorium are wheelchair accessible. However, some entrances to Fort Saint-Jean and a few parts of the Garden of Migration have little to no accessibility. To facilitate visits to the Mucem, a site plan is available at the information desks. Download the site plan for Fort Saint-Jean.
