On-site ticketing is open during the museum’s usual opening hours, and the ticket office can be reached by phone at +33 4 84 35 13 13 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Mucem has a reserve specially designed and conceived for visitors.
Located in the Centre de Conservation et de Ressources du Mucem in the Belle de Mai district, this 800 m2 show apartment offers a sample of the collections held by Mucem, featuring objects of different periods, geographical origins, dimensions, etc.
It also presents a sample of the storage systems and methods used to preserve collections in reserve.
Practical information
Please bring proof of identity with you on your visit.
A checkroom is available for luggage and bulky items.
Photographs inside the storerooms are not permitted.
