Mucem has a reserve specially designed and conceived for visitors.
Visitors can also take a behind-the-scenes tour of the Mucem to experience the richness and diversity of the collections housed in the CCR’s 7,000 m² of storage facilities (archives, artwork files, library, recordings, etc.). Part of the storage facilities is thus showcased in the form of an 800-square-meter “model apartment,” allowing visitors to explore a selection of the preserved collections and learn about their role, as well as the storage systems and conservation methods used.
