This year, “Bien dans ma tête” explores mental health from an intercultural perspective. How can we provide care while taking into account the diversity of patients and caregivers—their backgrounds, languages, beliefs, and cultural perspectives?

This approach pays particular attention to the experiences of exile, migration, and integration, both in times of crisis and over the long term. It takes into account the tensions that run through our societies—wars, genocides, slavery, colonialism, racism, and climate change—and encourages us to consider individual health trajectories that are sensitive to this complexity, as well as a collective and intergenerational approach to mental health.
