Discover an ancestral know-how combining earth, plants and textiles.
With Emilie Fayet
This workshop invites you to explore a clay printing technique based on a natural reaction between plant tannins and iron. After a visit to the Mediterranean garden and its tannin-rich dye plants, you’ll give free rein to your creativity to create graphic motifs on a cotton handkerchief. Stencils, chalk and reserves will help you to create these deep-hued, long-lasting and unique shapes.
Note to participants: remember to bring an apron and a plastic bag.
Workshop linked to the craft cycle
Discover and learn a wide range of skills from creators who are passionate about passing them on.
