A two-part workshop to discover Gaga dance and get started with choreography.
With Delphine Jungman

Created by choreographer Ohad Naharin, Gaga is a unique, multisensory body language that allows you to reconnect with your sensations and free your movement. Delphine Jungman, a dancer and choreographer who is a certified Gaga Teacher, will introduce you to this method of exploring movement before guiding you through a practice of improvisation and spontaneous composition.

Gaga connects you to pleasure, groove, and physical effort while strengthening and invigorating the body. There’s nothing to memorize—just feel and let yourself be guided by a flow of movements that enhances your ability to handle challenges.

Next up is a choreography workshop, in which Delphine Jungman will guide you through her approach to group-based improvisational composition, using guidelines that allow us to create together through our sensitivity, our ability to listen, and our collective intelligence!
