
Workshop tour for children aged 6 to 11
In the permanent “Mediterranean” exhibition, children discover how objects, stories and works of art have created dream images of the Mediterranean.
Between ancient temples, mythological heroes and vanished cities, they explore these imaginary worlds throughout the visit, before giving free rein to their own vision during a creative workshop. Drawing inspiration from the themes explored in the exhibition (architecture, nature and objects), they create a pop-up card with two three-dimensional sets.

Practical information for accompanying persons:
- All children attending the workshop must have a ticket (no ticket required for accompanying adults for this workshop).
- Meet 15 minutes before the start of the activity, in front of the workshop room on level -1 of J4. A receptionist will be on hand to welcome you (and give you your reserved tickets if you don’t have an e-ticket).
- We invite you to accompany your children for the first 45 minutes or so, as they explore the “Mediterranean” exhibition together. Mediterranean “. The activity then continues in the workshop room for 45 minutes. While the children work on their creations, you are free to enjoy the time as you wish.
- The presence of an accompanying adult is required in the case of siblings including a child under the recommended age for this workshop, in order to best accompany them in their new discoveries.
- We’ll be waiting for you in front of the workshop room (level -1) at the time indicated for the activity to pick up your children and their creations!
