Giovanni, a renowned Italian filmmaker, is about to shoot his new film. But between his relationship in crisis, his French producer on the verge of bankruptcy, and his daughter turning her back on him, everything seems to be working against him! Always walking a tightrope, Giovanni will have to rethink his approach if he wants to lead his little world toward a bright future.

After holding various positions in the film industry at the Films Femmes Méditerranée festival in Marseille and at the Institut de l’image in Aix-en-Provence, Camilla Trombi is now the executive director of La Boucle documentaire and an independent programmer for film festivals and film series (Italian Cultural Institute of Marseille, Ciné-club 50-50, the Italian Ciao Moka Festival, etc.).

Emmanuel Burdeau is a film critic. A former editor-in-chief of *Cahiers du cinéma* and the author of several books, he runs an online magazine on Substack with more than 10,000 subscribers.
