The result of a collaboration between Sodexo Live! and three-starred chef Alexandre Mazzia, Bouillant was conceived as a place for sharing and conviviality, offering generous Mediterranean cuisine rooted in the popular flavors of the South. At Bouillant, excellence becomes accessible: the menu allows as many people as possible to discover a cuisine that bears the stamp of a great chef.
The sleek design by Jérôme Dumetz blends in with the architecture of the Mucem, offering an exceptional view of the Mediterranean and the Cathedral de la Major.
Bouillant is also involved in a cultural and solidarity-based approach, offering meals for €1 via the “La petite Lili” association.
Open every day except Tuesday for lunch, and Fridays and Saturdays for dinner, the restaurant fully embodies the museum’s spirit of welcome and sharing.

- Noon: Every day except Tuesday, from 12:00 to 14:30
- Evening: Friday and Saturday evenings from 7pm to midnight
