Nestled on the top floor of the Mucem, Bouillant offers a unique culinary experience where creativity and conviviality meet, with a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean.
The menu, designed by three-starred chef Alexandre Mazzia, evolves with the seasons, paying homage to the flavors of the Mediterranean.

The result of a collaboration between Sodexo Live! and three-starred chef Alexandre Mazzia, Bouillant was conceived as a place for sharing and conviviality, offering generous Mediterranean cuisine rooted in the popular flavors of the South. At Bouillant, excellence becomes accessible: the menu allows as many people as possible to discover a cuisine that bears the stamp of a great chef.

The sleek design by Jérôme Dumetz blends in with the architecture of the Mucem, offering an exceptional view of the Mediterranean and the Cathedral de la Major.

Bouillant is also involved in a cultural and solidarity-based approach, offering meals for €1 via the “La petite Lili” association.

Open every day for lunch (except Tuesdays, when Mucem is closed), the restaurant embodies the museum’s spirit of hospitality and sharing.
