Services publics +

As a public institution, the Musée des civilisations de l’Europe et de la Méditerranée (Mucem) is taking part in Services publics +, a program for the continuous improvement of relations with users, steered and led by the Délégation interministérielle de la Transformation publique (DITP).

Nine commitments common to all public services

The Public Services + program comprises nine commitments aimed at three objectives.

Public services closer to home

1. In a spirit of mutual respect, you will be greeted with courtesy and kindness and, within the conditions laid down by law, you have the right to make a mistake
2. We can be contacted by telephone or on site, and we make it easy for you to contact us online
3. We provide support tailored to your personal situation

More efficient public services

4. We direct you to the right person to deal with your request
5. You receive a response to your requests within the announced deadlines and are kept informed of the progress of your file.
6. You have access to our service quality results

Simpler public services

7. Your opinions are taken into account to improve and simplify our procedures.
8. We are constantly developing our skills and improving our performance.
9. We are eco-responsible

Tested with users, the program’s 9 commitments focus on :

-a more personalized relationship between services and users;
-greater benevolence in the support offered;
-facilitated orientation;
-proactivity of public services;
-reachability and respect for announced deadlines.

Share your experience

Taking account of users’ opinions has also reached a new stage, with the possibility of recounting their experience with the public service and formulating proposals for improvement.

“I give my opinion with Public Services +”.

The Mucem
