Personal data collected

The personal data that may be collected through the Site are as follows:

information provided as part of your registration and order placement (such as first and last name, telephone number, e-mail address, postal address, login chosen for account connection);

information relating to your orders (such as tickets ordered, date of order, date of visit or event, payment method used, transaction number, order history);

information communicated via contact and newsletter subscription forms (such as surname, first name, e-mail address, zip code);

certain information concerning your browsing on the Site and your use of the Site (such as the IP address of the computer from which you access the Site, the pages visited), some of which may be collected via cookies or similar technologies, subject to your consent.

When information is collected via an online form, those marked with an asterisk (*) must be provided in order to validate the form.

 

The purposes of processing your personal data

This personal data may be processed by the Musem for the following purposes:

  • management of sales of admission tickets, services and subscriptions,
  • managing relations with users, subscribers or customers,
  • newsletter management,
  • analysis of Site traffic statistics in order to improve its content, our services and our communication,
  • bookkeeping

These treatments are carried out :

or for the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (registration, messages sent via contact forms) or of a contract concluded with you (processing, execution and follow-up of orders, processing of requests, returns, complaints, management of opinions and comments, loyalty program, etc.),

Recipients of your personal data

 

Your personal data is intended for use by Mucem and will not be communicated to third parties, with the exception of those acting on behalf of Mucem in the processing of orders or for the purposes described above (such as the provider of secure payment services or the service provider responsible for hosting the site).

 

Data retention

 

We do not keep your personal data longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or to meet our legal or regulatory obligations, and we ensure that it is kept in conditions that ensure its confidentiality and security.

Personal data will not be kept beyond the following maximum periods:

Data relating to your online account and its use: until the account is deleted.

Data concerning orders: 10 years from the date the order is placed, in order to comply with our legal obligations.

Data concerning credit card payments: the credit card cryptogram will be deleted as soon as the payment has been made; other credit card information may be kept by the payment service provider for 15 months or until its expiry date, as evidence in the event of a dispute over the transaction.

Audience measurement data, cookies: 13 months.

Other data concerning users who have placed an order, or data concerning users who have never placed an order: 3 years from the last purchase or contact.

Data may also be archived for as long as is necessary to comply with our legal obligations (accounting, etc.) or applicable statutes of limitation, for the purposes of proof in the event of litigation.
