Carte de format rectangulaire, constituée d'une feuille A4 pliée en quatre. Le recto présente la reproduction imprimée d'un dessin sur fond brun-vert d'un couple dansant portant le costume traditionnel grec. A l'intérieur, sur la gauche inscriptions manuscrites et sur la droite, dessin d'une houlette de berger avec sabots et houx.
