Carte postale en papier cartonné blanc, imprimée sur les deux faces. Le recto, brillant, est un dessin peint sur fond blanc : deux têtes de profil face à face ; à gauche un homme blanc, cheveux blancs, crâne dégarni, à lunettes et noeud-papillon ; à droite un homme noir à habit blanc à pois orange. Le verso est divisé en deux par une ligne verticale. La zone de droite est lignée pour l'écriture de l'adresse, avec un cadre pour le timbre en haut.
