De forme ronde, fond et passe en étamine blanche ajourée et brodée de petits carreaux, sur l'arrière : une bande de coton blanc brodé au crochet et deux rubans de serrage en coton blanc, sur le devant : une bande de coton blanc bordé au crochet et ajouré, sur les côtés : deux rubans d'attache en coton blanc. Passe doublée d'une bande de gaze blanche.
