Il s'agit d'un lot de trois feuilles blanches au format A4 imprimées recto-verso d'un texte en noir, elles sont reliées grâce à une agrafe en haut à gauche. Le texte est en anglais. Sur la première page, en haut on peut lire le titre puis un texte, divisé en plusieurs paragraphes, parfois précédé d'un sous-titre en caractères gras. En bas de la deuxième et de la cinquième page on trouve les coordonnées de l'association.
