Fléau cylindrique en bois avec une extrémité en cuivre jaune et une extrémité en bois présentant une sphère aplatie. Le corps du fléau comporte des graduations. Un anneau attache à un poids octogonal en métal est mobile sur le fléau. A l'extrémité de cuivre jaune sont fixés un large crochet de suspension et deux anneaux supérieurs pour l'accrochage.
