Petit livre rectangulaire, sous une couverture en carton recouverte de toile rouge présentant des inscriptions blanches. A l'intérieur, pages en carton, présentant des planches d'échantillons de toile colorée avec des indications en face de chaque échantillon et sur la page en face de chaque planche. Deux morceaux de papier manuscrits ont été retrouvé dans le livret, dont un était épinglé sur la page 5.
