Il s'agit d'une feuille carrée, en carton, imprimée en couleur, pliée et collée. Les inscriptions sont en français et anglais. Au recto le fond est noir, avec à gauche, le photo en couleur, d'une jeune fillle, de face, tenant un petit chat noir et blanc. A gauche, se trouvent des isncriptions rouges et blanches. Au verso le fond est blanc, il n'y a aucune inscription.
