Sac en polyéthylène blanc, à surface à petits picots, et avec impression rouge et verte. De forme rectangulaire, avec deux anses en partie supérieure, et deux soufflets verticaux sur les côtés. Décor identique sur les deux faces : dessin de trois coquelicots au centre, dessin d'un petit emblème de pharmacien (serpent et caducée) en bas à droite.
