De forme rectangulaire, le dépliant en papier blanc est plié en deux. Il se lit verticalement. La couverture présente des inscriptions bleues, noires et rouges et deux logos. Au verso sont imprimés huit logos et des inscriptions noires. Seules des inscriptions noires occupent l'intérieur du dépliant.
