En bois taillé, peint en noir, à assise et dossier carrés, tapissé de satin rouge rembourré, reposant sur quatre pieds galbés. Les montants et bords de l'assise et du dossier sont recouverts d'une fine bande de papier métallisé doré, estampé de motifs géométriques.
