Il s'agit d'une pochette en carton, de forme carrée, avec en haut à gauche une languette rectangulaire. Elle est imprimée en couleur au recto et au verso. Les inscriptions sont en anglais. Au recto, le fond est noir, avec en haut une inscription en blanc et vert. Au centre, figurent cinq portaits d'hommes et de femmes, en gris et blanc. Au verso, se trouve la même représentation qu'au recto.
