Petit rectangle de papier cartonné sur lequel est imprimé, sur une face, à gauche, un petit personnage en couleurs, sur fond rose, portant une long bonnet et un pantalon rouge ; des gants bleus et fumant une pipe gigantesque. Ce dessin est séparé par trois étoiles (deux rouge et une bleue, d'un texte imprimé en bleu et complété au dessus et en dessous d'inscriptions manuscrites.
