Carton, papier bleu, blanc, doré, brun, rose / Boîte rectangulaire fourrée d'un papier bleu à carreaux avec couvercle. Sur ce dernier, un enveloppe collé abrite une carte représentant un bébé sur son berceau. Le tout est fermé par un ruban bleu.
