Il s'agit d'un petit autocollant de forme carrée à fond colorié en bleu. Le dessin représente un préservatif anthropomorphisé rose avec sur son ventre un badge vert. Dans une bulle sortant de sa bouche il nous donne un conseil. En bas et sur le côté, en petits caractères noirs se trouve le nom du comité qui a réalisé cet autocollant.
