De forme carrée, la pochette est en carton, imprimée en couleur, pliée et collée. Les inscriptions sont en français. Une étiquette saillante se trouve au niveau supérieur du bord droit. Au recto le fond représente la photo, en noir et blanc, du portrait de trois quarts de la chanteuse. En haut, sur un bandeau vert horizontal, figurent des isncriptions en noir et blanc. Au verso, le fond est blanc et vert avec des inscriptions noires.
