Médaillon en pain blanc moulé et découpé. La scène représente un homme en redingote et en tricorne avec une canne à la main gauche faisant face à un squellette symbolisant la mort qui sonne un gong. Un sablier surmonte le gong. Derrière l'homme apparait un arbre, au dessus de lui la lune; derrière le gong apparait une croix, au dessus de lui le soleil. Une frise en épis court sur le bord. Une inscription se trouve dans la partie inférieure.
