Il s'agit d'un petit autocollant de forme carrée à fond transparent. Au centre on peut voir un garçon brun coiffé avec une banane, un pull noir, un pantalon bleu enlaçant une fille en blouse verte et jupe rayée rouge et blanc. Dans une bulle au dessus en caractères noirs on peut lire une phrase dans laquelle le "O" a la forme d'un préservatif rond rose à moitié sorti de son enveloppe.
