Boîte en plusieurs parties : .1 Fond : parallélépipède rectangle en carton blanc, garni d'un canivet de dentelle de papier blanc. A l'intérieur, napperon de papier blans. Au fond, carton d'attache inscription imprimée sur le fond. .2 Couvercle : en carton, emboîtant, recouvert de papier bleu ciel avec un décor peint (couronne de fleurs d'oranger, au centre blason de la Ville de Paris, tout autour guirlande de fleurs d'oranger avec même monogramme)
