De forme rectangulaire, le dépliant est en papier glaçé plié et imprimé en couleurs. Il est composé de trois feuillets. Le recto présente un fond général blanc uni, avec des inscriptions en rouge et noir, imprimées au centre. Un logo associatif est imprimé le long de la bordure supérieure. Au verso, le fond est toujours blanc mais un bandeau en biais est imprimé en rouge dans la partie inférieure. Des inscriptions horizontales sont imprimées en noir, blanc et rouge sur tout le verso. A l'intérieur, des inscriptions noires sont imprimées sur fond blanc. Elles sont accompagnées de trois diagrammes, d'une photographie et d'une carte, le tout imprimé en couleurs.
