Practical information
To access Mucem, we recommend you use the J4 building entrance.
The Indigo Vieux-Port fort Saint-Jean parking lot has reserved spaces.
An elevator provides access to the Esplanade du J4 to reach the Mucem.
Drop-off is possible on the Esplanade du J4 by informing the reservations department on 04 84 35 13 13 or by e-mail at reservation@mucem.org.
The reception areas, all the museum’s exhibition spaces and the auditorium are accessible to wheelchair users.
Please note: some entrances to Fort Saint-Jean and some areas of the Jardin des Migrations are not, or only partially, accessible.
Priority access for disabled visitors and their companions on presentation of their mobility and inclusion card at the ticket office or directly at the entrance to one of the exhibitions.

Access to cultural offerings
Guided tours, workshops and artistic programming
The entire cultural offer is accessible to wheelchair users: corridors, elevators, dedicated seats in the auditorium… To make your visit as comfortable as possible, we recommend that you inform the reservations department of your disability.
