Founded in 1951, our firm began with a focus on intellectual property law and has since expanded to cover all areas of business law. It currently consists of about thirty professionals, including eight partners.

We have chosen to build a business law firm with strong local roots: a team of attorneys who are experts in their fields and who combine their expertise and experience to provide advisory services, litigation, audits, and training in all areas of business law (corporate law, labor law, intellectual property law, tax law, commercial law, real estate law, etc.).
