There are several car parks in the Mucem’s immediate vicinity.
— The Indigo Vieux-Port Fort Saint-Jean car park has direct access and can be reached from the A55 motorway via Tunnel de la Joliette or Boulevard du Littoral. Pedestrians exit directly onto the J4 Esplanade. (GPS coordinates (Lat N/Long E): 43.297167 / 5.361350).

Access for visitors with disabilities or reduced mobility
All three MuCEM entrances are wheelchair accessible. However, at the Panier entrance, after the Saint Laurent footbridge, access to the fort will require personal assistance over some 10 metres. You can request this from the information agent at the entrance to the site. The museum’s information desk and ticket offices are wheelchair accessible and are fitted with magnetic induction loops. Visitors with disabilities have priority, with no-wait access at the information desk and the different access control points. Mobi Métropole offers a door-to-door transport service to people with disabilities, covering all of the Marseille Provence urban area.
