The Commission of Inquiry with LICA and its Tiers-Lab des Transitions
Les Procès du siècle - Daring to be Utopian
The Commission of Inquiry is a workshop for thinking and speaking out, a place to share our questions on the various subjects addressed during the Trials of the Century.
During this half-day session, participants work together to develop arguments and testimonials. Here, the construction of discourse intersects with that of theater. We “play” at thinking, we “dialogue” points of view, we “embody” different experiences.
The Commission d’Enquête is a collaborative, user-friendly way of invigorating our critical thinking.
A proposal led by Grégoire Ingold (director) and Fabienne Jullien (actress).
This session takes place in partnership with LICA (Laboratoire d’Intelligence Collective et Artificielle).
Practical info
Meet at LICA, 15 bd Léglize – 13 004 Marseille
Half-day schedule
2 to 6:30 p.m.
Opening up the proposed theme, investigating the subject and putting it up for debate, constructing testimonies and arguments, taking the floor, collective analysis of the various presentations.
Some of the testimonies produced during the day’s proceedings are presented in the public session of the Trials of the Century on the following Monday evening, alongside invited specialists and witnesses.
Participation in Commission sessions is free, subject to registration. It does not necessarily imply attending or participating in the Monday Trial of the Century. No prerequisites or attendance required. Groups of up to 20 people, working in small groups.
Les Procès du siècle are held every Monday at 7pm in the Mucem auditorium.
