Hassan and his dog Rambo flee across Cairo after Rambo attacks the owner of Hassan’s apartment. While searching for a safe haven for the dog, Hassan must confront not only the threat they face, but also the buried fears of his past. The journey becomes a quest for redemption, where Hassan rediscovers himself through hardship.

Khaled Mansour graduated in History from the Faculty of Arts at Cairo University. His deep love of storytelling led him to study cinema on his own. He has written and directed several documentaries and advertising films. A Safe Haven for Mr. Rambo is his first feature film.
