Palestine and the world
The annual colloquium of the CCMO (Cercle des chercheur.es sur le Moyen-Orient) focuses on “Palestine and the World”. Bringing together researchers and artists, this international colloquium examines the new forms of “global Palestine” that are reinventing the ways of seeing, saying, representing and living in Palestine.
Studies on Palestine have opened up stimulating avenues for analyzing contemporary processes at work elsewhere in the world – globalized violence, hyper-militarization of spaces and borders, new mechanisms of power – and for better understanding the dynamics of domination.
