Mental health disorder
Mental health has been declared a national cause for 2025. This announcement goes hand in hand with a desire to combat the prejudices associated with mental health and to promote more humanistic approaches, centered on the experience of the people concerned. At the same time, those working in the field are observing that psychiatry is in crisis: demand for care is exploding, and the care system can no longer cope.
This is the paradox that this evening, organized by Le Monde, Esprit and the Mucem, sets out to explore, opening the debate wide.
An evening hosted by Gilles Van Kote (Le Monde)
