In my shell
Let's go, kids! - Family Christmas vacations
Contemporary circus show with classical music, for ages 2 to 6
Cie Manie
On stage, a chamber in the shape of an aquatic cavern in which a young adventurer plays out or re-enacts scenes from his childhood. We’re taken aboard this shell, whose emptiness fills with a thousand possibilities, in the manner of children’s games. At once a cradle, a shell, an acrobatic seesaw, a space bolide, a ship’s hull, an oversized hat, a parachute carried by the wind, a turtle shell, an island lost in the middle of the ocean…
Backed by the sounds and melodies of two virtuoso musicians, the performance is guided by the emotions and moods of our little man, who performs a series of circus feats with ease. Dans ma coquille is a show that could well take us back to the not-so-distant shores of our childhood, where memories are invented, sometimes to rewrite our childhood joys, big and small.
