The imaginations of the Mediterranean are manifold. Not all of them can be presented in a single exhibition.
The aim of the exhibition, which will take up residence in the J4 building for several years, is to focus on the images that museums and their collections have helped to construct since the 18th century, in particular through the mediation of artists and ethnologists.
