Good Life
Jean Rouch International Festival
By Marta Dauliūtė and Viktorija Šiaulytė (Sweden, 2022, 1h12) – VOSTFR
Official Selection 2023: Immersion of the gaze
Research Laboratory Awards
Working from home is now common practice. Good Life offers a measured yet critical look at a shared living start-up. The project, which combines 24/7 networking, self-organization and privacy, is being tested with limitless ambition and global goals. The two filmmakers’ observations and questions guide us through this world of innovation, precarious employment, efficiency, flexibility and adaptability. What happens when corporate storytelling penetrates our private lives, and the commonplace becomes a commodity?
The screening will be followed by a discussion with Nathalie Luca, CFE President.
