Following a technical incident, the Mucem online ticketing service is currently unavailable.
On-site ticketing is open during the museum’s usual opening hours, and the ticket office can be reached by phone at +33 4 84 35 13 13 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Every Sunday, the Destination Mucem bus travels through Marseille's neighborhoods, taking local residents to the museum free of charge.
To celebrate the launch of the new season, the Mucem welcomes you for a festive day with the brass band La Banda du Dock, who will play an evolving work based on Ravel’s Bolero: at each stop, a musician will board the bus and join the orchestra already in place.
On arrival at the Mucem, join us for a welcome concert on the J4 esplanade!
Extend your day with a guided tour of the Mucem, a picnic at Fort Saint-Jean and an afternoon of discovery at the Fiesta des Suds. A moment to share with family and friends, from the museum to the party!
