In this contemporary and shamanic dance workshop, choreographer Francesca Ziviani teaches you the techniques she uses to create her own shows.
An initial period of listening and visualization to the sound of the shamanic drum connects us to both the visible and invisible worlds. This is followed by a second period of dance and vocal improvisation. The aim is to enable each person to bring out their own inner vision, to liberate their own wild, archaic movement, to create the basis for a new relationship with others and with the world.

The first demon in human history, Lilith embodies feminine energy. Inizio follows in the footsteps of this original figure, exploring the unconscious through various forms of play.
Through theatrical and dance improvisations, Francesca Ziviani discovers in herself a mysterious character, an old nun with amnesia about her power, whose body lives hemmed in by a permanent contradiction between impediment and the drive for freedom. In this solo, a series of images and pictorial references trace the complex portrait of a woman with many faces, whose demonic condition is concealed beneath burlesque and humor. From her song, erupting from the lava of a volcano, emerges the memory of emotions buried beneath the heady assault of a drumbeat.
This show features nudity.
